In my opinion, staff should not have any 'kid' in them. You need a lot of responsibility if you want to be a staff member, as far as I'm concerned. Any 'kid' in the staff members may reduce maturity. Sure, staff should have some fun, but not as a 'kiddish' kind of way. I have to agree with this.

I agree with the point where people become mature at different rates. However, a significant chunk of people have matured by then, compared to the <5% of when they are 13. I can see this being a problem, if implemented. I'm sure there's a few sixteen year olds who are willing to become staff...
