i'm not the original outcastjack i'm a clone that kept the named. but i'd still consider myself a "real outcastjack".

1) ok now i've definitely already answered this one
2) everyone from helper up checks helper applications but only admins can accept/decline them
3) being british, i'm not entirely sure what fits under the scope of the word candy, but i guess my favourite would be: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mars_(chocolate_bar)
