Let's get straight into this. If you have any tips or anything of the sorts please notify me below so I can adjust my records and make it more helpful. Pictures will be added when I have time to take them and apply. I will also probably add more to this as I remember more or discover more.

BYSTANDER

Bystander, it's a very bleak role that could be more amusing for everybody, but it's the most common to get.

-- Look for emeralds. If you see somebody going for one, try to beat them! But if they're much closer, don't risk it.

-- Sometimes you can shift against a wall and search for name tags. Watch for anything disappearing and report to chat if a name doesn't resurface and another walks off.

-- If you see a guy with a gun, he can be your best friend or a dangerous enemy. A gunman without a level head is dangerous. They could be trigger happy, so try to avoid them but don't be stupid.

-- Check bodies. If you see bones and armor, there might be a gun hidden away in that pile of rubble.

-- Don't camp. If you're shifting and not moving, you'll get automatically kicked. And, people won't like you so much.

-- If a murderer chucks the knife at you and misses, DO NOT keep moving backwards. Go forward towards the murderer. It'll raise your chances of, well, not being stabbed. Keep swerving to avoid any more once he gets it.

-- Try to note which bodies are where and who has a gun. It could be helpful if the murderer disguises, especially for anybody with a gun.

-- Memorize emerald spawn areas. It's very easy to get a gun afterwards.

-- Try to avoid everybody. If a person is near you, go around them.

-- Keep your hand either on bar two or near/on your book.

BYSTANDER WITH A SECRET WEAPON

You have been placed with the treasure of a gun. Use it wisely and try not to shoot bystanders. Find the killer.

-- Do NOT randomly shoot on a hunch. If a bunch of people say it's somebody, it's safe to say it's probably that guy.

-- Check tab for the players and count off how many have guns. It'll help narrow down the murderer.

-- Follow most of the rules for bystanders.

-- Keep going for emeralds. You can make your gun get faster upgrades and shoot quickly.

-- If in a position of fighting the murderer, never stop moving. It's critical to avoid throwing knives. Keep going backwards to get more time to fire off more bullets and going side-to-side.

-- If somebody says it's 'Insert Name', keep an eye on that person. It'll save a possible bystander from death, and you from loosing karma.

-- If somebody keeps following you around and don't know you have a gun, it's probably best to shoot them.

-- Never reveal your gun unless you know who it is. Show it to other gunmen in private so they can trust you and not fill you with heavy lead bullets. That wouldn't be very fun.

This is by far one of the hardest roles to play. Avoid being shot, spotted, and kill as well and be as stealthy as possible.
-- Try and get the person near you to shift. Shift as well. Once they shift, stab and sneak off. Silent and easy.

-- Try to find high positions where you can snipe and hide. It's easy, if you're good at aiming. It can also give suspicion on somebody near the missed knife.

-- If you kill a bystander with the gun, rampage. Simply put, rampage. Sprint around and start the massacre. Stay near the body to avoid being shot in the back.

-- Collect emeralds. It'll make you look more innocent and give you more emeralds to buy knives and disguise.

-- Don't disguise so much. And don't say "oh you got me" and then disguise. It's kinda easy to tell who you are then, but just a tad difficult to locate you.

-- Avoid the view of gunmen. Try to stab them from silence and stealth rather than an open attack. Less likely to get shot, then.

-- Look around before killing if possible. Check if anybody is nearby and try to line it up so you can either get away with the slaughter or kill both of them.

-- Depending on the map, you can easily shift around and throw knives at people in close quarters.

-- Disguising as somebody who shot an innocent in the game and lost their gun is a prime target to disguise as.

-- Try to disguise right after killing. Makes it less suspicious.

-- If in a fight, keep moving. Stopping is very bad. Use unpredictable patterns.

SECRETS AND TRICKS
The hidden places around the map can be difficult to discover. However, some little places can be found.

I have some tricks you should add:
~When in combat move side to side as much as possible.
~Try memorizing emerald spawn areas.
~Try to stay away from people in general.
~When murderer try running in an awkward pattern so the gunman wouldn't be able to assume where you are going to step next.

Sometimes emeralds spawn twice in the same place one after another. So sometimes if you quickly get one, another will immediately spawn and you'll get 2 emeralds. This doesn't always happen though.

The x2 emerald boost? Sounds like it :p

Sometimes in Dino Mines a little "bone" has an emerald spawn up there that falls off, landing next to another emerald spawn.

It happened before 1.8 too. If you collected an emerald at the start at its spawn point, it immediately respawns another emerald. It's a bug I think. But still very useful.

You should ask someone to move this into the "guides section" but leave it open to comment
