^ The answer to this question gave me the justification to create this suggestion as I have been thinking about it for quite some time. It seems like the chat restrictions are just getting more and more extreme as time goes on. I was staff for a large part of a year, and during said time these aforementioned chat restrictions did not exist. I'm not sure if this question was misunderstood by Kirstree- but in no way do I see "mother muffin" or "mother truckin" to be inappropriate. I don't think they are a direct attempt to evade the chat filter but a common decency to the younger player base by avoiding using the inappropriate words. I'm sure you would rather people saying either of those than their inappropriate counterparts. If these are now punishable, why are lmao, wtf, and other commonly used abbreviations not punishable? To my recollection, nothing along the lines of substituting an appropriate word for an inappropriate word has been disallowed in the history of this server. Abbreviations used to be disallowed, but that ceased a while ago- so why is this being added back in? If this was in fact added, I think that a public announcement regarding players' chat permissions should be shown because if someone was new to the server, came on, and said "mother truckin" and got warned- I highly doubt they would stay on the server. In no way do I mean to question the authority of the staff team, I just wanted to shed some light on this issue and hear from other sources. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible.
