Dry Ice 'floats' on water but also quickly sublimates when warmed. It would probably be entirely gas within minutes of leaving it's cool container whether that happens in the cold water or in the sea i couldn't possibly tell.

In our case you need to follow these steps 1) be active on the forums and on the server and have 25+ more points on forums, you got this done. 2) be VIP, again you done this, 3) apply for helper, if you get excepted, work you way to mod. Not sure you applied yet 4) they see if you are worthy!
