Illegal items

I am trying to help around the server, and have confiscated a few items. Are 1000 level enchants allowed or not? If they are allowed, please tell me quickly so I can apologise to the people and give their items back. D:

OK so I gave the level 1000 enchanted items to MorphicDream (helper), and he found out that they were bad so he destroyed them. I'm sorry to nevepinky who seems to be very sad and now hates me D:
